These Terms cover learnly.co.th, Learnly and demo.singlty.com for individual teachers, schools and students, not only school or government purchases.

The current focus is Thai secondary-school mathematics and public free access is being prepared. Invited trial users are subject to these Terms. A coming-soon message creates neither an account nor a paid contract.

When paid subscriptions launch, these Terms apply with the plan and offer accepted before purchase. Schools may have additional agreements for their agreed scope; individual teachers do not need a school-wide purchase agreement simply to subscribe.

Teachers may register individually when registration opens. School representatives must be authorized; an individual subscription does not itself authorize school student-data use.

Students register independently and join with their teacher’s code; Classroom rosters are not used to create accounts. Minors’ registration and consent require parental authorization where applicable law requires it.

Purchasers must have legal capacity to contract, with legally required authorization for minors. An account does not authorize access to other classes or users’ work.

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Users must keep their password confidential and must not share their account with others.
• Users are responsible for activity carried out under their account, unless they can show it resulted from circumstances beyond their control.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify us promptly at suprawee.m@kkumail.com.

Teachers must manage class codes and classroom access appropriately. A one-teacher plan does not permit sharing one account across a school. Schools may arrange access for individual teachers under an agreed offer.

Public access is being prepared. Viewing the site or clicking a free-trial button that displays coming soon incurs no charge and does not complete a paid subscription.

Currently displayed plans are Free THB 0, Pro THB 149 and Max THB 299 per teacher per month, with 60, 700 and 1,500 work-sheet units respectively. Schools may request a separate offer. Purchase-relevant details will be confirmed before acceptance.

Before payment, the total, any taxes, service period, quota-counting rules, any overage charges, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed. Viewing prices, sending an email or previously joining a trial does not authorize billing or automatic renewal.

Cancelling a plan, closing an account and requesting data deletion are separate requests and can be raised with support. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain; these Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.

Users must use Learnly only for lawful purposes consistent with the intended purpose of the service. Users must not:

• Access accounts or information without authorization.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the system.
• Attempt to bypass security measures.
• Use the service for unlawful activities.
• Upload or process another person's information or content without appropriate authority or rights.
• Use automated tools to extract data in a way that places an unreasonable load on the system.

Anyone submitting data, images, student work, assessments, or other content to Learnly must have the appropriate authority or rights to do so.

Where reasonably possible, unnecessary personal information should be avoided, and reference identifiers should be used instead of real-world identifiers where appropriate.

Documents containing sensitive data, such as a student's health or disability information, should not be uploaded unless necessary.

Teachers may import only material they are authorized to use, including answer keys, textbooks and supporting documents. A subscription or technical Classroom access does not establish permission for all material.

Rights in Learnly's software, name, marks, design, and other proprietary elements remain with their respective rights holders.

Using Learnly does not automatically transfer ownership of:

• Student work.
• Assignments or examinations.
• Answer keys.
• Rubrics.
• Teaching materials.
• Other user-provided content.

Users permit Learnly to process submitted content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality. That permission ends when the content is deleted from the system.

If you send us feedback, comments, or suggestions for improving Learnly, we may use them to develop the product without any obligation to pay compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Feedback should not contain students' personal data or a school's confidential information.

Learnly does not grade on the teacher’s behalf. Teachers determine 100% of grades. AI identifies issues and drafts feedback. Teachers may edit, rerun and confirm multiple items, but bulk confirmation does not remove the need to review.

Teachers may provide answer keys or supporting material; otherwise the system analyzes the submitted questions and working. Alternative methods depend on settings. Unclear work is flagged for review; handwriting, image quality, context or interpretation may cause errors.

Students receive teacher-sent feedback. Demonstrations and trial results, including time savings of up to 50%, describe trial contexts rather than guarantees for every task. Subjects outside the current scope are roadmap items.

The Privacy Policy covers individual teachers, schools, students and Classroom imports. Controller and processor roles follow actual processing, not just who pays.

Where Learnly processes work for a controller, appropriate processing instructions and agreements are required, not only in school procurement. These Terms do not remove student or parental rights.

Users must not access, download, disclose, or use examinations, answer keys, educational materials, or other confidential content without authorization.

Submitting content to Learnly does not cause it to lose its confidential status and does not automatically grant Learnly the right to disclose it.

Learnly has been trialled with real teachers and public free access is being prepared. Roadmap features are not guaranteed available services. Access depends on current trial permissions and available plans.

Maintenance or feature changes may cause interruptions, with notice where practicable. No guaranteed SLA or response time applies without an express separate agreement. Changes affecting paid plans must respect the purchase terms and statutory rights.

Learnly will use reasonable efforts to develop the prototype in line with its intended purpose but cannot guarantee that the system or AI-generated outputs will be error-free. The system is provided “as is” at prototype stage.

To the extent permitted by law, Learnly is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Loss of opportunity, profit, reputation, or data arising from use of, or inability to use, the system.
• Consequences of a user acting on AI output without reviewing it first.

Users should exercise independent judgment when relying on Learnly outputs.

Suspension by Learnly

Learnly may restrict or suspend access to the prototype where reasonably necessary, including where there is:

• Activity that creates a security risk.
• Unauthorized access to information.
• Misuse of the system.
• Conduct that may harm the service or other users.

Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to remedy the issue before permanently suspending access.

Termination by the user

Users may stop using the service and request account closure at any time by writing to suprawee.m@kkumail.com.

On closure, we delete data within the periods set out in section 14 of the Privacy Policy, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Learnly may discontinue the prototype at any time, giving users and participating schools reasonable prior notice so they can retrieve or delete their data.

Individual teachers may request closure or cancellation directly without always going through a school. School-controlled records are coordinated with the school only where needed and the requester is informed. Revoking Google access is separate from deleting existing imports.

Learnly relies on third-party services such as hosting, infrastructure, font delivery, and AI services, some of which are additionally subject to their own terms or policies.

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or data practices.

Learnly does not represent any particular provider list or processing location as permanent until a production architecture has been formally established.

• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
• No waiver — Learnly's failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment — Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without Learnly's consent.
• Entire agreement — These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the user and Learnly regarding use of the website and prototype, except where a separate agreement with a school exists, which prevails to the extent of any conflict.

School-specific procurement terms do not extend obligations to personal teacher subscribers who have not agreed to them. Non-waivable statutory rights prevail.

Learnly may update these Terms as the project, system, or applicable law evolves.

Where material changes are made, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised and we will provide notice through appropriate channels. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Notices cover individual teachers and schools. Fee increases or material plan changes require notice under the agreement and law; merely viewing the website does not authorize charging.

Thai law governs these Terms for individual teachers and schools. An additional offer or agreement may specify dispute procedures but does not remove statutory complaint or consumer rights.

Governing language

In the event of any inconsistency between the Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.

Teachers authorize imports of assignments and submissions they can lawfully access. This does not create accounts from rosters or student numbers; students register separately. Files may still identify students.

Teachers must have authority to import the work and materials. The connection does not imply permission to write grades back or access undisclosed data. Availability may depend on Google or school administrator permissions.

Access can be revoked through Google account settings. Revocation does not automatically delete Learnly copies; deletion can be requested under the Privacy Policy. Learnly is not a Google product, and API use is not Google endorsement.
